I am a true purchaser, as opposed to all the other reviews that were by “incentivized reviewers”, whatever that means. Pro: Looks good; true wall hugger; mechanism functions well; arrived quickly in good condition; assembles well, but needs 2 people; color true to picture. Con: Firm cushions that are not very soft and not real comfortable. If I had been able to try it before ordering it, I probably would not have bought it. This seems to be the case in this price range, as the manufacturers merely place thick foam pads rather than more comfortable individual padding. Need to take care with base, as included pads do not entirely protect floor from mechanism. I did not realize that and now have a couple of scratches in my hardwood.

I received 2 chairs yesterday. They were incredibly easy to assemble and are just what I was hoping for. I highly recommend them.
