Lit plateforme Axton moderne en tissu bouclé avec tête de lit arrondie, pied de lit rembourré et sommier à lattes intégré pour une chambre à l'ambiance feutrée

Hi, I need this issue escalated and resolved with a full refund. My Axton bed originally arrived with missing pieces and an entirely incorrect piece. I contacted Wayfair and a replacement shipment was sent to correct the problem. Unfortunately, the replacement shipment has now arrived and Wayfair sent me the SAME incorrect piece again, along with additional pieces that I do not even need. I now have multiple extremely large and heavy boxes in my home because of two incorrect shipments. At this point, I do not want another replacement. I would like a full refund for the bed. I also need Wayfair to arrange pickup of all of the incorrectunneeded pieces from my home at no cost to me. These boxes are extremely large and heavy, and I am not able to transport them to a FedExUPS location or dispose of them myself. I should not be responsible for figuring out how to remove merchandise that was incorrectly shipped to me twice. Please escalate this if necessary and confirm 1. That I will receive a full refund. 2. That Wayfair will arrange pickup of the incorrect items from my home at no charge. 3. That I will not be required to package, transport, or pay to dispose of these items. I have already spent a significant amount of time dealing with the first incorrect shipment, only to receive another incorrect shipment. I would really appreciate having this resolved completely rather than being sent another replacement.
