At first glance, the instructions look difficult because they aren’t labeled. It’s just pictures, but it was very easy to put together. There is a strong chemical type smell to it so I did wipe it down and then put shoes in there so I don’t know if that will make it better or worse. You can’t fit 21 pairs of shoes unless you are stacking them and not many people like to do that. So if you have shoes that you don’t wanna get ruined, you can comfortably fit about 12.

Fairly sturdy. A lot of pieces to put together none of them were marked. You could download a video off YouTube with the QR code they provided, but it wasn’t a whole lot of help either. They did provide all the tools you needed and a pair of gloves? All in all it’s pretty but I did have a few issues with some discoloration on the plastic mesh. Yes the parts that go in front door are plastic.

Received two cracked panels not due yo delivery process.

Its a little tricky to put together!

I like this more than I thought I would. The back paneling didn’t fit so left it out but it’s fine for my purposes. I added finger pulls as the height of the opening was somewhat awkward. But it’s actually a decent addition to my entryway.
