Awful. Hard to keep the fire going. Smoked us out kit every time we used it. Worst waste of money ever. We havent tucked in the corner of our house in the backyard ready for our Garage Sale on Saturday.

Awesome addition to my patio. Took a little time to assemble but was worth it. My wife loves the looks. So happy wife happy life. Glad I purchased them.

This is the most interesting way to experience a fire on our deck. It was packed well and very easy to assemble. I really like that we can add pellets while the fire is burning to extend the time we can have a flame. It is very stable and easy to move around.

I seriously loved this so much when it first arrived. Very interesting to look at. But after using it a few times the tube is cloudy and stained. I tried cleaning it with a vinegar and dish soap solution but this cloudy photo is as clean as I could get it. I ordered some professional fireplace glass cleaner and some brushes that have yet to arrive. Hopefully that will get it clean and clear again but not looking forward to having to clean it so frequently.

Wow!! I’ve got every type of outdoor heater and this is the best! It took 20 min to assemble. I had purchased the recommended wood pellets and alcohol cubes for starter. It was easy to light and took about 10 min to really get going. The flames do reach the top of the tube! This is clean burning, very little smokesmoke
