The box came completely intact, but I was extremely disappointed to see multiple pieces bent or broken. Had to be done at the manufacturer because the box was in perfect shape.

Not stable at all. placed all the pots and pans and it tips every time

Not as heavy and sturdy as I expected. I have really heavy pots and pans I was planning on using it to store. However I will see if it lives up to my expectations.

The product is flimsy.. the dividers keep falling off. I do not recommend. If you remove 2 pots from one side the rack loses balance..the product was too expensive for what I got
