I needed a solution for a patio door that was inset & had 2 angled walls/windows on the side of it. I wanted to hang sheers across the windows & patio. Since the sheers are very light, I was able to get away with only using 3 brackets (I did 1 on each side & then 1 in the middle of the long rod). It's not the sturdiest piece, but for the price, was a good temporary solution. If I didn't have a laser level, this would have been a challenge to install properly.
