The quality was very poor. We took the parts out of the box and immediately returned it. It said it could handle up to a 400 lb load, our dog ways 130 lbs and it looked as though one step into the crate and it would be crushed.

Quite impressed with this item. It is very durable. I love that the trays are removable for accidents and it also collects the shedding coat. I think our dog is not in love with the slatted base BUT he goes in there thoughout the day. It’s definitely escape proof. Our GSP beat the previous crate locks within a week. This one he is perfectly content and unable to leave without release. We don’t use the upper exit door but it is nice for options.

Nice large kennel. Fits our 110 pound german shephard comfortably with room to spare.
