This is a beautiful sofa, and I’m really glad I took a chance and ordered it. Be advised, though, that you need two people to assemble it. The beige is more of an off white which is perfect for me. The cushions are wrinkled, but covers are removable so I might try to iron or steam out the wrinkles. Would purchase again.

This sofa looks gorgeous in my living room and it compliments the curved open windows. The assembly was a little rough because it was difficult to fit the couches into each other. It’s definitely a two man job. Delivery was on time but one of my pillows were dirty. I think eventually I may get it reupholstered with a different fabric. Nevertheless it’s beautiful and I’m so happy I made the right choice.

Assembly was rough since some of the brackets to attach the sofa sections were upside down! Beware of this. I was thinking I would never be able to put it together until my brother noticed and we took them off and fixed it. Definitely easier to assemble with two+ people. Beautiful couch though I’m happy with it.

So, the shipping was delayed a little bit, but finally got everything in. Beautiful piece ordered the purple and the color is perfect! My only complaint would be that they sent to left arms instead of a left and a right, which they are working quickly to rectify so I appreciate that. There were a couple of marks on the couch as well, again being rectified, really appreciate the customer service with Wayfair! As another review says this did not come with directions, however I’m not really sure that you need it it’s pretty self-explanatory. Each piece fits into the other.

Sectional came, loved it until we started to assemble. No assembly guide was enclosed, called Wayfair to have one emailed to my Handyman, none was available on hand. Wayfair stated they would reach out to third party and have one emailed with 48 hours(that never happened) Handyman tried his best but to no avail. Called back Wayfair bc too many things were not aligning on couch. They told me to send pics of issues and they compensated by sending a new one. New one comes weeks later, yet again no assembly guide was attached, they sent 3 end pieces instead of two. Called to complain had the most unprofessional rep ever, who treated me with the utmost disrespect after requesting pics which she received of three end pieces that she couldn’t figure out what was in plain sight. Asked to speak to a supervisor she helped somewhat, gave me directive that warehouse was closed on weekends so she would follow up on Monday. Will do a follow up as this issues is still pending resolution.
