The order was delivered damaged in a severely damaged box. I called and told the person that it looked like the box was damaged before, taped up and re-damaged several times after. I called, took pictures and uploaded them to the email that was sent by the customer care person who promised to call me back and make things right. I still haven't heard anything from anyone.

I FINALLY received an unbroken fountain with this 3rd attempt! I love the fountain and the detail which is why I kept trying and am very happy I did.
