Good product, disappointing hardware and ok instructions Pros Solid, sturdy ladder once fully installed. Cons - Unlabeled Parts Instructions reference lettered components in diagrams, but the physical parts have zero stickers or markings. - Flawed Anchor Design The anchor points for the handrails and panels are housed in weak plastic. If you try to back a screw out, you run a high risk of the anchor spinning freely in its casing, making the screw impossible to remove or retighten. - Takeaway Double-check every part before installing hardware. I put a piece on backward and had to cut a bolt off and mount replacement hardware in a new spot because the original anchor stripped out completely.

Looks like it will be sturdy but hardware pack was not in the box so I have to wait for them to send it

Good ladder, assemble book could be more accurate and with more pictures in details.

Didnt like that I had to use screws , the other one just popped together. This one is too buoyant, would be good to build a boat out of it. The steps hurt my feet too.

Such great quality and was not hard to put together. Took my husband about an hour and my kids love it! Recommending to all of my pool friends!
