Having to return it doesn’t have all the parts

The chair was the right color and quality. However, the seat was the wrong one so the screw holes on the back didn't align up. Deeply disappointed.

Not sure how but the hardware bags broke open and all of the screws, nuts, bolts and washers were all over the place in the box. It fortunately did not damage the product however I was missing half of the lock washers as they pry fell out of the box or were somewhere in the box that I could not find them. I am hoping the product stays together. It is a very nice and well made product just sad that this happened.
