Le divan livré est selon mes attentes. Par contre , les employés de la livraison manque dexpérience professionnelle et de méthode de travail. Plusieurs marques sur mes murs et sur ma rampe descalier qui compte seulement 5 marches à monter .... Très déçu .

The couch is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! Unfortunately, there is a crack in the wooden frame underneath the couch, but I contacted Wayfair and they are ordering us a new couch that should be delivered 7/1/26. I am happy with the swift response to our problem and will be completely happy when we receive an undamaged sofa.

Charger port on one end does not work. Comfort is ok. Update neither charging port works...

I have had this sofa for just over a month now. I sit on it everyday after work. The material is already pilling just from a 130 lb woman sitting on it a few hours a day. Also, the cushion material is already deforming where my feet rest on the footstool. I have no problem with Wayfair but the quality of this sofa & loveseat is disappointing! I will not buy Jackson furniture again. My old Lane recliners lasted 15 years without these problems. So disappointed in my $2000 purchase!

Great sofa I broke the power cord for recliners can I get one from you charge to my account thank you June Day
