Missing parts but a very nice and comfortable piece once we got everything in to assemble.

This item was very difficult to assemble because the metal parts that interlink together to hold the armrests and back piece in place weren’t in alignment. If I didn’t have my husband to help me it wouldn’t have been assembled. He struggled and had to use some real effort he shouldn’t have had to in order to get everything together. The cushion did take 3 full days to expand. It looks great and I’ve slept in it once already. Overall, it’s a nice product at a decent price compared to furniture stores near me!

I was nervous about ordering online but I really love this. It’s the easiest piece of furniture I’ve ever put together. No tiny little wrench, it all just snaps together. It’s very comfortable and pretty. Great purchase. I want to add an update to my previous review. I’ve had the chair for a while now and I still love it but the cushion would shift forward every time someone sat on it. I purchased some wide Velcro strips for the underside of the cushion and it seems to be working.

I was looking for a small chaise lounge for the office space I carved out of our master. This was perfect and goes well with our new palette. Super easy and quick to put together with one person.
