The pre-drilled holes in the bottom panel are too large for the supplied M6 × 35 mm Allen-key bolts. The bolts pass into the holes without engaging or securing the pieces together, making it impossible to assemble the bookcase as instructed. I have decided to keep the bookcase and repair the issue myself, but this requires purchasing replacement screws, drill bits, and other supplies and drilling new pilot holes. This has resulted in additional expense and significant extra work for what should have been a straightforward assembly using the supplied hardware. I am extremely disappointed with the quality control of this product and the inconvenience this manufacturing issue has caused. Based on this experience, I do not intend to purchase another product from this manufacturer, and I would not recommend this brand to others.
