4 boxes (8 chairs) all arrived damaged or missing parts. One even had screws sticking out and must been returned and thrown in box. Don’t waste your time!

Beautiful bar stools and very comfortable. However, one of the seat cushions and one of the long legs were damaged when unwrapped. I will contact customer service and submit photos of the damaged items. Instructions for assembly are very clear and straight forward.

There’s a flaw in these chairs. The crosspieces that connect the legs are flimsy. The provided screws do not secure them adequately. We got our chairs in October and have had secure those cross pieces several times. This morning one of them broke and I’d like to know how I go about rectifying this. No reply from Wayfair!!!
