Absolutely avoid for Canadian climate This door is completely unsuitable for harsh Canadian winters. Here are the major problems encountered: No insulation: no effective thermal protection Single-pane glass: allows heat to escape and causes significant energy loss Poorly designed dog flap: significant cold air infiltration occurs on the sides, creating constant drafts Result: high heating bills and guaranteed discomfort during the cold season. I strongly advise against this purchase if you live in Canada or any region with cold winters. This product might be suitable for a temperate climate, but certainly not for our winter conditions.

Perfect. My dogs learned to go in and out quickly. Very good choice.

This is much harder to install than it looked. It looked like I could set it into the sliding door and be done, but it required tools and way too much time! It looked very solid and high quality though. Just not for me as a renter.

The quality appeared fantastic but it was the wrong size for my door. I would definitely re-order this same brand and product with the right height for my extra tall patio door or find an extender in order to keep this product. The extra large dog flap is huge and more than what I needed but that wasn’t a problem. The quality of the materials seems sturdy and premium.

I live the door but I measured 76” and the door says minimum 75 78 and will not fit!!
