I would love to say it's great, but unfortunately the gas lift to move the chair up and down doesn't work AT ALL which completely invalidates this as a usable chair for me. Unfortunately to replace it, they want this now BUILT chair returned which is obviously not possible. The build process was easy, took me about 30 minutes. *IF* it worked, it would be a nice chair. It's comfortable with a nice grey seat cushion and a cooling mesh back. it does have multiple adjustments on tilt and arm rests that are nice. But without a functional height adjustment it's just not a good option for me.

I really do like this chair. The triggers to raise the arm rests work well and it is comfortable and has a nice bounce type of recline. I am dissappointed by the lift arm though and you have to really push down hard to engage the hydraulic lift.

This is a very comfortable office chair with a good padded seat. It has a removable head rest and the many adjustments you can make will help to customize the height of the chair and the arms. The mesh back keeps you cool and the nicely padded seat has a quality cover.
