Love love love it ……………,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,((((((((((((

The faucet looks very elegant, it is so unique all my friends talk about it maybe I have to buy it for Christmas again as a gift.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a very cool faucet - I got the 2-tone blackgold. However, the backsplash for my sink was thicker than the enclosed components could accommodate. I need an extension kit, which is not available thru Wayfair and the Chinese manufacturer is totally non-respondent. The CA telephone number for Sales Support is disconnected. I included a photo of the literature included in the box regarding their outstanding customer support. How’s that for customer service

It is competitive priced. Received within 2 days of ordering. Very fast, packaged well and no damage. The color gold is not a yellow gold but closer to a bronze gold. I am only giving 4 stars as I have not installed yet.

Weird connections. Good Looking but did not work in our sink
