I love love my light but, it came with one of the dangling crystals missing! I put in a request but never heard back! Can you send me the one crystal please

I custom ordered this sofa bed in April 2021 for one of my design projects. My client & I narrowed out search down to this exact sofa for very precise reasons, like size, style, & the color availability. After two delays in delivery date, the sofa did finally arrive on September 1, 2021. We did pay additional shipping fees in order to have the sofa delivered inside my clients' home. However, when the client unpackaged the sofa, it was DAMANGED in several areas on the genuine leather. I contacted Customer Service regarding the proper steps in finding a solution for my client. Wayfair did do a replacement order for the the sofa & estimated it would be 12-14 weeks for the delivery of the replacement due to it being a custom order. On October 20th, I received a email from Wayfair that the replacement order had been cancelled & that the item had been discontinued. This was a month & a half after the replacement order had been made that we received notification of the discontinued items. How can a custom order be discontinued? They stated that the color material we ordered, Steamboat Chestnut, is not longer available and that they would refund the cost of the sofa. As a Designer, this option is unacceptable and very disappointing. They said I could reorder something different or the same couch in a different color. However, the cost of this sofa has increased by nearly $400 since out initial order in April. As I looked through the site for similar options, I noticed other sofas being offered in the same color, Steamboat Chestnut, that they claim is no longer available. All in all, my client was hesitant to order such an important piece of furniture of her design through Wayfair but she trusted me to do so. As a designer, I have learned a very valuable lesson. The value of touching, seeing, feeling, & examining large BIG TICKET pieces in person is priceless in comparison to the alternative we experienced with this very crucial & important piece of our design. This process had dealt both myself as the designer & my client a very large amount of disappointment. My client had waited patiently (nearly 6 months) for this custom order only to have to wait another 3+ months for the replacement & NOW... the perfect sofa that we strategically selected for size, style & color is not happening. Wayfair has no solution. SAD DAY!
