Ordered product during bathroom renovation so that the plumber had the configuration for the rough in plumbing; installed the unit several months later post shower construction and tile installation. Bluetooth, Lights and WiFi did not work. Called support - 3 tickets, required me to hire an electrician to verify it was wired correctly ($300); on call back found out that one of the cables on the control board was missing. Manufacture wants to charge me $90 for a replacement because maybe it was my fault for taking it off and testing; stated that you must notify within 30 days of missing parts - this is an internal part inside of the steam generator; not an external device like a light or control panel. No way would anyone in their right mind know this was missing within 30 days unless it was a direct replacement to an existing unit due to the construction (plumbing and electrical feeds to install the unit). Look around at reviews anywhere on the web most are negative for one reason or another - avoid this company/product.
