The mattress pad had a stain in one spot. Its the only reason for 4 stars.

I purchased this Sunbeam Heated Mattress Pad as I have been very satisfied with all the Sunbeam Heated Mattress Covers that I have purchased over the years. Unfortunately, this Sunbeam Cover is far inferior in quality, and functionality. The material it is made of is very thin. They control cords aren't the right size for a Queen Size Bed. And being a Dual control pad you'd like to be able to have a control on each night stand. However in order to have one control on a night stand. The other control has to be on the floor. If I purchased this for myself I definitely would have returned it. Since this is only for our guest room I couldn't be bothered.
