Tapis fabriqué à la main Town & Country Terra Montana ivoire / beige

This should be a great rug, but something is definitely amiss. The first rug (as pictured) had dirt pouring out as I opened it. Ultimately, several moths (I guess?) flew out as well. Wayfair sent a replacement which was wet. You can see the water droplets in the packaging from before I opened it, so it was immediately very obvious. I opened it outside to be sure there was no more dirt or bugs. It has dried out and I'm debating on keeping it because Wayfair has offered nothing more to help with the trouble. I also have to figure out how to dispose of an 8x10 rug, which definitely won't fit in a trash can, and will cost money to have junk haulers take it away. This is all very disappointing. Has reaffirmed my hesitation to shop with Wayfair.

This rug has had an odor since the day we got it. Then it got slightly wet because something spilled on it and it has smelled like a barn . Otherwise it’s nice and matches my home well but not the softest of rug and it

Exactly as described. I love it.

This is a terrific rug for the price. I ordered it for a bedroom I am redoing. It is excellent quality and the colors are perfect (soft and very creamy in the center). I highly recommend this--especially for the price! Can't beat it!

Excellent quality being 100 per cent wool. Does not shed. It could be softer on the feet than it is, but I’m using it in the dining area so that doesn’t bother me. Looks great with my decor.
