As a contractor, I have purchased numerous shower doors like this one from Wayfair. The service & communication we received from the freight company was terrible. It could not have been any worse. Once I finished tiling the new shower we contacted Wayfair about the status of the doors whereabouts since it was suppose to have already been here. Wayfair gave us the phone number of the freight company. When we called them it was like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. They were so confused about where the door was and when we were going to receive it. We made numerous phone calls to them over the past several weeks and it was total confusion. They finally sent us an email of a date and 4 hour window of when the door would be delivered. I took a day off work from another job I'm currently working on to be there to help out and be sure everything went smoothly. They said we would receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to deliver but that didn't happen. I sat at my customers house for 4 hours. I was about to leave to go home when they drove up 1 minute before the 4 hour window ended with no phone call. They opened up the back of the truck an start to unload the door. I said wait a minute, that is not the right door. The door on the truck was double the size of the one we ordered. They said the warehouse loaded the wrong door. They left to go back to the warehouse. I couldn't stay any longer as I had to get back to my other job. My customer told me they came back 2 hours later with the correct door. I lost a whole day of work and a half a tank of gas as I drove 75 miles to get there. The customer lost a whole day of doing things they needed to do. They sat there for 6 hours waiting with no communication, no phone call 30 minutes prior. Totally wanted day for all of us. I have liked all of the shower doors I have ordered previously from Wayfair but if this freight company is the one you use for this area, I WILL NOT be ordering anymore from Wayfair on future jobs. I WILL NOT go through this ordeal again. We are not happy at all with this order. You know what they say, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. This freight company had to be cheap for you because they were TERRIBLE!

Love it!! Makes the bathroom look very modern and clean. Not the easiest install but worth it.
