Very cute and good value. Easy assembly. Goes perfect in my little reading book.

Nice floor lamp. It seems sturdy enough. There is no remote control or switch on the lamp to turn it on and off. The control is a step-on switch on the cord, which isn’t as convenient if I’m already sitting down.

My living room was designed as a livingdining area, so there’s only one pendant light for the entire room, and it only lights half of it. This lamp is so bright I’ve been using it by itself! Assembly is VERY easy. The lamp comes “unfolded”, to assemble simply screw the pieces of the leg to the base and pull the pre-threaded cord through. The shade comes rolled up, to assemble simply unroll, clip it to the 2 metal rings, and velcro it closed. I love the traditionalmid-century modern design, and it looks beautiful in my living room. (Also, the cat pictured likes to sunbathe in its glow.)

This is an excellent lamp, and just what I was looking for. It’s very easy to put together. The lamp shade is one that you assemble yourself by attaching it to two wired circles, but I still think it looks really nice and that isn’t obvious. Love this lamp for an updated look!

Love! The wood base is very sturdy and bigger than I thought (in a good way), and is a beautfil, rich wood. The shade is nice and big too. The only thing I would change is the color of the cord, could be clear for easier hiding.
