Not impressed. The top is a cooling material, it does come with 4 ice packs and the zipper moves freely, but the bed is very lumpy, it would be very uncomfortable to lay on with the hard ice packs since there isn’t much cushioning. The backing is not slip, but the top came with 2 smalls holes in it. I think it’s fine to put over an existing dog bed without the ice packs, but sadly, the quality is sub par and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

The product drscription did not mention 4 large plastic cooling devices that need to be filled with water, placed in the freezer and insert into the bed. My husband and I are in oir 80s...not what we thought we were ordering. Need to return.

I’m not sure how you can refreeze the pads every day. The design is cute and washable, comfy and big. But the cook pads had to be refreshed every day, they only last 8 hours. I stopped after 2 days but it is cute

My dog just wasn’t budging in laying down on this cool pad. He would just go around it and stop to stare at it by to this day has not laid down on it. I figured with as hot as summer been this year that’s where he want to lay. It’s a very easy process, comes with the ice packs and it was cooling to me.

The concept was interesting but the real application didn’t deliver. The ice packs have a flimsy refillable port with a poorly designed cap that you push. That cap leaks immediately because its missing threads or a gasket. Overall the material is cold to the touch and will be keeping as a bed.
