Ensemble de 2 chaises de patio pliantes à dossier haut (Ensemble de 2)

The chairs look great but there were a few issues: We ordered these in "natural" but what we got was "teak" (more reddish and not even a choice when we ordered). We purchased these at the end of the season when stock was low, and actually like the teak, so all is well. There are several reviews about about "reasonably intelligent" people having difficulties assembling these... and you can count us as two more. The instructions are fairly straightforward but getting the first step wrong can turn the process into a HUGE headache if the left and right connectors aren't positioned correctly (you might get lucky on your first try, but we didn't, and had to take everything apart, figure out the problem, and start over). The key is to make sure the gray rubber pad on each connector ends up on the BACK of the chair rear leg. Fortunately, we were cautious after reading about frustrations in previous reviews so only had to reassemble one chair. You'll be happy with the results if you get everything in the right place. Photos are attached showing the correct placement of the connectors (we wish the instructions showed this).

Very well made chairs. Got 2 put together 2 to go. Fairly easy once you read how to do it.

Beautiful and sturdy! Good quality chairs! My husband was a little confused with the installation instructions but overall the product was worth it once he figured it out

These were the worst instructions I've ever seen and I've put together tons of furniture. Chairs are difficult to adjust, even when the screws were loosened.

The look and quality of these chairs are great. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the assembly instructions are horrible. It took both my Husband and I quite awhile to figure out how to put the chairs together and we are usually very good at things like this. I highly recommend better diagrams for assembly.
