Cruche décorative en céramique tirée à la main 10 po x 8,5 po x 10,5 po avec finition blanche usée et poignée enveloppée de fil

My vase arrived completely shattered into pieces due to absolutely unacceptable packaging. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and instead of resolving the issue, I am being given the runaround and told I need to send the broken item and packaging back before they will send a replacement. This is completely unfair and incredibly frustrating. I am extremely disappointed with the way customer service has handled this situation. Whoever packaged this fragile item should be ashamed of the lack of care taken—it honestly looks like it was packaged by a five-year-old. I simply want this resolved promptly with a properly packaged replacement or a full refund.

Love how artesian this actually is...so well made and heavier than I thought!!!

Beautiful, heavy and functional
