So I 1st want to say nothing but great things for Wayfair. We have bought many things and never had issues ever. So don’t see this review as a bad thing against Wayfair as it’s not Wayfair fault. So we bought this almost 6 weeks ago. It arrived very damaged to point that they company couldn’t just send replacement parts so they sent a replacement. So we waited over another week excited as we thought it would arrive new. Well to our disappointment, this one arrived even worse damaged. We threw the 1st one out as instructed as it was badly damaged hoping the replacement would be better. Instead it arrived even worse. The main pieces were so badly damaged that a hole went right through by the top and other pieces were damaged too. To say the least, we were very disappointed considering how much we spent and looking forward to building this. Well impossible so we are sending it back as it’s happened twice in a row now. It’s not Wayfair fault but the manufacturer who builds this. They are careless with production and delivery even worse. A company should never send this to a customer damaged twice thinking we would accept this. So it’s going back to company and I’ll never order from this company again. So other items we have bought from wayfair no issues and we really love what we got. We love the amazing customer service and how they resolve things quickly. Nothing but great things to say about Wayfair not for this manufacturer who makes this island. A huge disappointment for it to happen 2 times in a row. I’ll never buy from this manufacturer and I caution people about buying here as they don’t care about quality. I don’t mean to bash them but instead let them know how disappointed we are. Will I buy from wayfair again? Absolutely! Buy from this manufacturer again? Never! So u be the judge of this. Not going to post all photos as too much but these are a few.
