First one arrived broken. Second arrived with set up service which meant taking away all cardboard, styrofoam and plastic BUT not the broken bed. This isn’t the first time we w received broken furniture with disappointing service.

The bed is really nice and well made. Hence the 5 starts for quality. The delivery on the other hand took twice as long as the first time the parts came they were broken. But Wayfair support was really nice and helped us schedule a new delivery without any hassle.

Nice bed, presents well and feels like good quality.,

It’s great , easy assembly, the only problem is that the USB port already shorted on the bed .
