I was very disappointed with the quality of this product. It arrived in perfect condition, but after only a few uses, the gold finish on the bowl started fading and turning white. It’s only been a couple of months, yet it already looks like it’s been used for years. For a product at this price point, I expected the finish to be much more durable. This appears to be a manufacturing or coating quality issue rather than normal wear and tear. I took good care of it and used it as intended, so there’s no reason it should have deteriorated this quickly. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this product based on my experience. It may look beautiful at first, but the quality simply doesn’t hold up over time. And when I reached out to customer support this is what they answered.(check the photos I uploaded)

I absolutely love this salon chair! It’s incredibly comfortable for both me and my clients, even during longer appointments. The quality is amazing, and it looks beautiful in my space. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made for my salon!

I’m very happy with my Wayfair purchase! The item arrived in good condition, looks lovely, and is just what I was looking for. Ordering was easy, and I would shop with Wayfair again.

Amazing! Super comfortable. My clients love being able to sit criss cross apple sauce, during those long appointments!

I can’t say enough about how comfortable this chair is for me and my clients!! Worth every penny, highly recommend!!
