The couch was delivered with no problem and was easy to put together. The couch is comfortable and electric recliners work perfectly. However, the GIGANTIC problem is the "leatherette" has bubbled and flaked of in large pieces. Terrible quality. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Horrible quality!!! After just a few months, the leather has bubbled, pulled apart at the seams, and torn. We purchased the five year warranty and was told this is not covered. Do not waste your money on this couch or on the warranty. I have never had such regret about buying a piece of furniture!
