This farmhouse fireplace tv stand looks slightly cheaper than it does in the photos. Assembly instructions are very easy to follow and with the exception of putting on the top and bottom, I assembled by myself. Unfortunately the pieces are very flimsy and I think the manner you assemble does not take that into account. The arches on each end are only held together by a small dowel and during assembly flexed and moved so much that one side cracked. Heater and fireplace work great

Great quality and beautiful tv stand! The electric fireplace is the perfect touch to make your living room cozy! Comes with an actual heater too that is strong and it warms up fast. The wood is great quality and very heavy which I love . The tv stand isn’t easy to move for when you have children. Almost came with non slips pad to put on the bottom which keeps it from sliding. Putting it together was fairly easy and took almost an hour with me and my husband. Has multiple light settings including color. My favorite is the yellow. Makes it more cozy and gives a warm feel. Highly recommend getting this tv stand for your home.

Amazing 70in Farmhouse Fireplace TV Stand! Item was delivered securely and took one man 2-3hrs to build. The design is beautiful with the glass shelves, arched openings, fireplace and LED light features. I'm so impressed and I highly recommend!

Had a huge problem with this item. First one arrived damaged. Second one arrived without the fireplace insert. Contacted wayfair who got the manufacturer to contact me. Manufacturer said THEY made an error on their listing and it wasn't supposed to come with the fireplace insert and I had to buy it separately even though the ad stated so. Wayfair was nice enough to allow me to send the item back for a full refund. Wayfair is great. The manufacturers they deal with? Not great.
