Cusion didnt come with the order. Requested for it. They emailed back and offered a resolution. I want the cusion. I emailed twice and a follow up sent this morning and they acted like theyre not seeing my emails/ response and closed my request. There is no point ordering this item it doesn't come with a cusion. Without it, the chair is unuseable and taking up space. I was sent an email to review Alyssa J but it wouldn't allow me to respond there either. Very upset. Ill be sending it back
