I love hanging clothes on the line for one thing that smells so fresh and the other it saves power bill. The bottom of my clothesline pole broke off. My husband was able to get me back in business with his ground spike.

Very robust bit of kit and does the job nicely, though it needs wedges in, I thought I’d ordered the correct size for the existing dryer

I purchased a rotary clothes line over twenty five yrs ago in Ireland when moving to the USA. My new home had a laundry far from the garden. I just moved again and decided to install the clothes line. I discovered the YouTube video featuring this spike for an easier installation than using concrete mix. Very happy either way the quality and it did make the install simple. Great product. Thank you

Excellent. Works well with my older liftomatic. Surprisingly easy to hammer into a very hard lawn

Disappointed in the design. Bought this as it was removable when not in use. At full height too low for duvet covers and sheets - main pole should be longer. Although it says 60m washing line, The washing lines are so close together that washing would take ages to dry as it cannot blow about freely and airer doesn’t rotate in the wind. I have had use every 3rd line to allow space for clothes to dry/air. Difficult to get ground spike to go into ground and stay level at sane time. We kept checking levels as spike was it was going into ground but unfortunately the last 2/3 hits of hammering put ground spike off centre. Now have rotary surer leaning to one side. We purchased the ground spike as a temporary option whilst building works were ongoing and intended to use the concrete spike as a permanent option. However, I’m not happy with the design of this airer and will probably re purchase a traditional builders heavy duty airer that I’ve been used to using for the past 40 years and they are so sturdy, rotate in wind and you can hang bed sheets etc easily and are a sturdy design.
