The product itself is decent, it's what I needed and fit the description. The box arrived pretty banged up, however. There was a big hole in the corner exposing the contents, several small holes on the top side. Once I opened the box, the packaging was a mess: corner cardboard pieces and styrofoam were torn apart with bits everywhere. I made sure nothing was damaged and all the pieces were there, so that's ok. The instruction sheet is a little blurry, like someone made a clumsy copy from an old copy. It seems like a product that was returned, which is fine, there's nothing wrong with that. But a little attention to detail would've revealed that it had been poorly packaged and a few extra pieces of thick cardboard would've prevented the contents from clanking around inside the box and maybe even falling out of that hole in the corner.
