1. Shipping was insanely fast. 2. Packaging was fine and no damage 3. Support helped me with something that I messed up, and it all looks good. 4. 4 stars because I think the resolution of the photo is too low. I thought this was a "brush-stroke" type texture (even though the name says wrapped canvas). I really like the photo, but at the largest size, it has a low-res jpeg feel to it.
