I have to say this item is a huge disappointment and $2k down the drain.. I've called wayfair customer service several times who then directed me to the manufacturer which wasn't helpful.. So yes, I wasted money, The water splashes all over my furniture or either it barely comes out and when it does, it only streams down one side of the mirror.. NOTHING like the display. It's a flimsy plastic strip that's supposedly is to disperse the water evenly across the mirror itself which doesn't happen...

Waited 2-3 months. Finally arrived. It was broken as face was cracked. Looked like it had been repaired once before. I believe it came from manufacturer like this. I sent it back. I will say though, that Wayfair’s customer service was very very nice.
