Disappointed and doesn’t look like the picture. This is the largest size. The palms are not fluffy like the picture. The pot is gray and not white.

I absolutely love the look of this plant. It is a great size and the base is very solid. Adding the rocks that come with it completed the look. The leaves were creases in many areas but nothing a little steam can’t work out. It’s easy to shape and looks real. Very happy with this purchase.

Love my palm tree. But concerned that yesterday noticed one palm has snapped. Would like to know if one palm can be replaced
