Awesome!

Absolutely loved my purchase and think it is a beautiful piece of furniture.  However, I have a Rottweiler that is over 100 pounds and he did bust through the sliding door barn style door. So I will be requesting fully steel metal doors to replace.

This product could be excellent, but I will rate it as great and that our pups love their new home. Unfortunately, we had to spend about 3.5 hours fixing it after they delivered it damaged. We were provided 3 options from Wayfair: exchange it, return it or they could provide a discount to us if we would like to keep it as is. We took the discount as I have the tools and most of the materials available to fix the crate, but most people would not have known or wanted to fix the issues. We had to reset the door and side bars, replace the bar spacers and add new stops so they didn't fall out of the bottom of the floor again. This was due to both manufacturing and the shipping process I believe. The bar spacers seemed to be too long initially causing the stops to bow out, crack and then the movement during transit from the freight company caused them to break apart from the weight of the metal bars I would guess. The backing for the interior walls has also come loose and I had to remove the panel completely to remove all the damaged nails and refinish with better finishing nails. The top is beautiful, but it' missing stain on both the right and left sides of the wood like it almost got rubbed off or missed during the built process. I wish the attention to detail would have been much better for a custom made product since we waited for it to be built. It did come in about 1.5 weeks ahead of schedule, but I would much more prefer it to have come on time if it would have meant we would have had a fully functional custom crate right out of the packaging. The Wayfair shipping partner who delivered it was kind enough to wear masks when we provided them and they also put shoe covers on when they came into our home and they even took most of the packaging for disposal with them. If you purchase this crate, you will indeed enjoy it as long as the build quality gets a little better and the carrier is more careful with the item since it does say "Fragile" on the packaging. At the end of the day, it's fixed and it's a wonderful item to have in our home. Our pups love it and it's a perfect show piece in our living room. Hook'em horns! \m/

Beautiful Kennel. Works wonderful for Large dogs and it’s very solid. Beautiful edition to my living room. This kennel requires a large room so I recommend doing a layout prior to ordering to get the full view of the size. I would definitely recommend. Only thing I would change is that I would put black bars instead of silver.
