Looks Great and durable! Easy assembly.

There was a missing piece rendering us unable to complete the crate. I reached out to wayfair and they said they were unable to send this piece and could only offer a replacement of the entire unit. Originally ordered on 2/10/26 and replacement crate still on back order. Requested a refund as I have an unusable, ginormous, unstable crate in my home now. They said for a refund I would need to take crate apart and send it back. At this point I don’t have a box and can’t imagine the cost for me to ship it back. Asked again for a refund after waiting a month and a half for replacement. Representative said ok we can do that but I have to cancel your replacement order. Ok fine. 2 weeks later I have no refund. $240 for me to not even be able to use crate that took two hours to put together the pieces we DID receive. Emailed manufacturer and they could not send piece either and offered $25 to buy a replacement from local hardware store. That’s great and all but it’s not going to match and makes this a whole project as I’ll have to cut a piece of wood to size, sand, and paint. Can I just have my money back??? lol ;(

Nice piece, but bigger than expected. Our dog went right through the bars, so this isn’t good for small dogs. Recommend for medium to large dogs.
