Nice looking and sturdy. The trays are a bit on the small side They don’t cover the bottom of the kennel very well. Also, the pins for latching the gates are on the bottom so they are close to the floor. Seems that they would be easier to access if there was a way to install them higher up.

Not very well built- at least not for bigger dogs. I've had assembled less than a month and both doors are broken and the tracks have fallen off. Waste of money.

Took me about 3 hours to put together by myself with using thread locker on all of the screws. It looks really good but after two weeks my dog has broken out of it 4 times and on the 4th time he completely broke the door. I would not recommend for big dogs, I attached a picture of the dog who managed to escape it so show he is not a big dog

This item was delivered in excellent condition and contained all of the hardware with no issues. Being that it was an open box item I was a little worried, but would totally buy another open box item. The product itself is sturdy. My only wishes that the manufacturer made the trees in the bottom of the kennel. The size of the kennel. There’s about 5 inches of space that isn’t covered on the sides.
