The product is fine, but came with NO ASSEMBLY instructions. Try reaching a person at Wayfair is ridiculous. They take you to an AI chat, which cannot resolve the problem. Then indicate to text with a text link, which opens nothing. I tried calling the phone number and the call does not go through. So I texted the number and nothing. I have shopped with Wayfair for years with no issues. The fact you cannot get a real person for customer service is ridiculous. So the low rating is for no assembly instructions and the customer service.

Love it. So cute, still have some more flowers to add to finish, and sine red mulch, but it is the perfect size.

Tip: have a power drill. The little tool provided won't cut it. Otherwise it looks great and is easy to position in alternate layouts than what is shown.
