«Grand Teton National Park», reproduction d'art à l'aquarelle sur montagnes sans cadre (Ensemble de 3)

The picture depicted on the website shows three framed panels. All I got was a tube with three rolled prints/posters (no frame). Within hours of receiving the merchandise I contacted Wayfair to begin the return process. After spending 30 minutes with Wayfair customer service, I was told I'd have to wait three business days for a "special team" to contact me and (hopefully?) authorize the return. I have purchased furniture and decor from Wayfair before and I had not had the need to return an item; I did not expect for Wayfair to make it so difficult to make a very simple return (we are talking a cardboard tube with three printed posters, not a bedroom set!) Needless to say, I am very disappointed at how Wayfair treats its customers.
