I ordered three of these for our new build. At 33 days after delivery the contractors let me know they installed them. All three had identical dents on the shades. Contacted Wayfair who said because it has been 30 days after delivery, they won't do anything for me. I am not asking to return them, I just want undented shades for my new lights. Extremely disappointed that Wayfair has gotten so policy-centric that they no longer follow common sense.
