The item is ok, but it's heavy and there was no packing material to cushion it. I tried 3 times and each time it arrived with cracked frames. The repackaging, calls to Wayfair (their system wasn't processing self service returns) and disappointment have made this an awful experience. Customer service was very helpful, however. I would not recommend ordering this unless there is a response to this review from Wayfair assuring you that they are packing these heavy items with some bubble wrap.

The canvases are beautiful and delivered with no issues. However, I'm unable to get the plastic protectors from the corners.
