Plafonnier semi-encastré 3 lumières Tiffany

Lamp arrived with no issues and was very well packaged! The stained glass is absolutely stunning! We were initially hoping to use just the shade on our current fixture, but its too big and too heavy for just a down rod. We plan to install the new fixture, but the rods that the hooks attach to are too long for our ceiling height (hoping to find shorter rods). For now, my only complaint is that the rods appear to be two shorter rods screwed into an adapter, but then they are fused together. If they were able to detach from the adapter they would be the perfect length.
