The wrong picture was set. The box had the correct name and address. In the box was a picture of a water pitcher. It had the name and address of the person who had ordered it. I messaged Wayfair, they were supposed to send a replacement. They have not sent the correct replacement , nor have they contacted me or refunded my money ! Very poor customer service. Also had the name and address of one of the customers.
