This is a lovely item that fit perfectly in the corner of a small countertop area in the studio apartment I live in. I keep two flat dishes on the bottom rung and two bowls in the top. These are dishes and bowls I use everyday. It gets them off the countertop, so now I have more room for a water pitcher, toaster, paper towel stand, utensil holder. It can be used to store fruit or other items, too.
