I unwrapped my picture and a roach crawled out of the box. I inspected my,picture and one of the main support frame was cracked and bent inward toward the print,on further inspection one of the smaller frame supports was not attached to frame.I am so disappointed,if you look into my purchase history , I have been a loyal customer for many years,I would like to return it but it was going to be weeks before I received another one, so CS gave me a discounted price, so sorry I did that.
