How do I get warranty replacement? I ordered the fixtures (got the 3 light version as well) in anticipation of my redecorating project. The time came for install in mid march and the collar that threads onto the socket to hold the glass in place simply will not thread onto the fixture...the electrician tried...I tried on numerous occasions with no success. Tried the collars from the 3 light unit and they don't work either so it must be the threading on the socket. I now have a lopsided fixture that I paid good money for...help Wayfair.
